He has held senior leadership roles where he provided IFRS/GAAP guidance, financial modeling, budgeting, and governance oversight for multi-entity organizations. His role as Program Manager for Sustainable Improvement Projects delivered over USD 750 million in savings through cost leadership and operational excellence.

Earlier, as Tax Planning & Strategy Lead, Dare developed corporate tax models, ensured international compliance, and advised on cross-border transactions and OECD transfer pricing guidelines. His career began with Deloitte and Pedabo Associates , where he gained a solid foundation in audit, compliance, and advisory services.

With his unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership, Dare continues to guide organizations in navigating complex financial, tax, and regulatory landscapes while fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
